We are seeking friendly, responsible, and detail-oriented Cashier/Customer Service Representatives to join our team.
This person will be the voice of the company—assisting customers with bill payments, account inquiries, service activation, troubleshooting basic issues, and providing excellent customer support.
You will work closely with the technical and billing departments to ensure smooth and professional customer experiences.
Essential Requirements
Minimum 1–2 years experience as a cashier, CSR, or receptionist
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, billing systems)
Ability to handle cash accurately and responsibly
Polite, patient, and professional communication skills
Technical Requirements (Basic)
Ability to explain simple internet concepts (WiFi, modems, billing cycles)
Comfortable using CRM or billing platforms (we provide training)
Education
High school diploma required
Certificate in Business, Customer Service, or Accounting is an advantage
Soft Skills
Excellent communication and customer-relations skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Cashier Duties
Process customer payments
Issue receipts and update billing systems
Balance cash drawer daily and report discrepancies
Maintain accurate customer account records
Prepare daily financial summaries for management
Customer Service Responsibilities
Greet walk-in customers and answer phone calls professionally
Assist customers with billing questions, account updates, and service information
Open new accounts and process service change requests
Provide basic troubleshooting guidance (modem reset, WiFi issues, payment confirmation, etc.)
Track complaints and forward complex issues to technical staff
Schedule technicians for installation or support visits
Ensure customer requests are logged and followed up
Office Duties
Maintain a clean and organized workstation
File documents, forms, and account records
Assist with administrative tasks assigned by management
