Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in related field.

  • Extensive knowledge of ASYCUDA.

  • Proficiency in data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Basic understanding of data processing principles.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Liase with international agents for documents and customer related queries.

  • Maintain contact with Local agents for confirmation of cargo arrival and documentation queries.

  • Prepare ASYCUDA waybills for current shipments.

  • Work in ASYCUDA to prepare IMS4 forms

  • Notify customers of cargo arrival and availability.

  • Prepare and keep a list of all container stock and routinely update with information provided by the wharves.

  • Update overseas agents on container movements.

  • Assist with emails, phone calls and walk in customers
