The position shall cover the following areas:
CTV and ERP Support, Troubleshooting, Basic PC Maintenance, Accountable for all ICT related equipment, Update users and ticketing system, Provide recommendations and improvements of support services, and Provide professional service to users and clients
Job Requirements/Specifications
Education: CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network + or Diploma in Computer Science or MCP/MCTS.
Experience: Minimum one (1) year similar experience at an established Organization, Experience with ticketing systems, Network Troubleshooting, troubleshooting with large printers dealing with different computer related issues and CCTV and ERP Support.
Essential Skills: Ability to diagnose computer related issues (inclusive of Printers, Networking capabilities, action oriented, printer troubleshooting and telephone infrastructure
Responsibilities (include but not limited to):
CTV and ERP Support
1. Provide support for the company's CCTV monitoring solution.
2. Provide support for the company's ERP application.
Troubleshooting, Support and Basic PC Maintenance
1. Troubleshoot and resolve or escalate all hardware, software, network, services, etc. offered and supported by the ICT Department.
2. Provide technical troubleshooting for all user issues.
3. Provide printing support for all users.
Provide recommendations and improvements of support services
1. Propose recommendations on how the support service can be improved and maximized.
2. Assist in updating knowledge base for all issues.
3. Participate in training sessions to support newly implemented hardware, software, services, etc.
4. As needed participate in software and OS patch testing and implementation.
Update users and ticketing system
1. Update user and ticketing system with clear and specific information on resolution, such that the information can be used in future occurrences of the problem and also for reporting needs.
2. Assist in updating knowledge base for all issues.
3. Create and maintain documents to manage the support services and ICT related activities.
4. Assist in maintaining accountability of all ICT related equipment via audit exercises and documentation.
