Office Manager / Accounts Officer

Rinser Sales and Logistics Inc., a newly established enterprise specializing in machine rentals, sand mining, and oil lubricant supplies, invites qualified and driven individuals to apply for the role of Office Manager / Accounts Officer.

This position is ideal for someone who is proactive, organized, and ready to contribute meaningfully to the foundational growth and operational success of a developing company.

• Prior experience in accounting, office management, or administrative roles

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and document management

• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and payroll systems

• Experience preparing quotations and invoices

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality

• Willingness to adapt and grow with a dynamic start-up environment

• Manage payroll processing and maintain accurate employee records

• Oversee office documentation, including filing, scanning, and correspondence

• Create and issue quotations and invoices in a timely and professional manner

• Maintain and update the company's asset register

• Track and record all expenses, ensuring receipts and supporting documents are properly filed

• Conduct banking transactions as required

• Submit weekly reports to the Managing Partners, covering finances, invoices, expenses, and overall office performance

• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new office personnel as the company grows

• Support the development and implementation of office systems in alignment with Rinser’s growth phases
