The ideal candidate will possess strong work ethics, communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Management, Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ work experience in a similar capacity.
• Computer Literate. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.) and Outlook.
• Provide executive and general administrative support to the Managing Director (MD).
• Handling communication to and from the MD's Office.
• Answering phones and routing calls to the correct person or taking messages.
• Welcome, guide and assist guest on behalf of the MD.
• Managing detailed calendar and scheduling meetings.
• Monitoring domestic and international financial developments of interest to the Bank.
• Carrying out specific projects and research and presenting related findings as directed.
• Assisting in the preparation of reports, letters and other key documents.
• Preparing Minutes of Meeting and circulate to relevant persons/department.
• Upgrading and maintaining office systems including data management.
• Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
• Uphold a strict level of confidentiality and keep an eye on sensitive information.
• Any other duties that may be assigned by the Managing Director.
