Female Procurement Officer

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Female Procurement Officer to join our team in Timerhi. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in procurement processes, excellent data entry skills, and be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel. This role is critical and urgently needed to support our operations team.

Female candidate preferred as per operational requirements

Proven experience in procurement and data entry

Excellent command of Microsoft Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis tools)

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Diploma or bachelor’s degree

Handle end-to-end procurement activities including sourcing, quotations, purchase orders, and vendor follow-ups

Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data

Perform data entry and ensure all procurement documents are properly organized and filed

Prepare reports and spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel

Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely deliveries and quality service

Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement regulations
