The Tax Manager will lead the tax department in preparing and filing tax returns and conducting research. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

We are open to hearing from all interested candidates who meet the following requirements:

-         Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance

-        CAT or equivalent certification preferred.

-         Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in tax preparation and management.

-         Skill:

-        Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

-        Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

-        Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

-        Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

-        Strong leadership and team management abilities.

  Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills.

  Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity

Responsibilities

In this position, you will be expected to manage our tax function for various clients. 

You will:

-        Conduct thorough tax research and stay updated on tax laws and regulations.

-        Provide strategic tax planning and advice to the organization.

-        Manage and mentor a team of tax professionals.

-        Ensure compliance with all tax-related deadlines and requirements.

-        Collaborate with other departments to optimize tax strategies.

-        Handle tax audits and inquiries from tax authorities.
