We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in our HVAC and Auto AC business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, processing transactions, managing inventory, and providing support to ensure smooth branch operations. This role also requires some physical duties such as lifting and standing for extended periods.
● High school diploma or equivalent.
● Prior experience in a customer service or retail environment (preferred).
● Basic knowledge of HVAC systems and Auto AC parts or a willingness to learn (preferred).
● Cash handling experience with accuracy
1. Customer Service:
o Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone with product inquiries, purchases, and service requests.
o Provide information about HVAC and Auto AC products and services, including pricing, warranties, and maintenance schedules.
o Address and resolve customer concerns or complaints in a professional and efficient manner, ensuring satisfaction.
o Offer suggestions for products and services based on customer needs.
2. Cash Handling and Transactions:
o Process cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
o Issue receipts, process returns and exchanges, and handle any discrepancies in transactions.
o Ensure accurate cash drawer management and maintain accountability for funds throughout the shift.
3. Inventory Management:
o Assist with inventory control, ensuring that stock levels of HVAC and Auto AC parts, tools, and accessories are properly maintained.
o Conduct regular stock checks and report low inventory to the branch manager.
o Ensure that all products are properly displayed, labeled, and stored.
o Assist with receiving shipments, checking products for accuracy, and organizing inventory.
