This customer support officer/driver is the support between the customer and the company regarding the sale of the company products and services, thus managing the quality and consistency of the Company’s products and services and providing feedback that would allow the customers to see us as a trusted partner.
5 CXC passes (Mathematics & English) or a sound secondary education.
At least three (2) years of experience in Sales.
Must be computer-literate (EXCEL & WORD)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good oral and written communication skills.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Must possess a valid driver’s license.
Must be the owner of a Vehicle.
· Efficiently coordinate the delivery of goods to designated locations.
Plan delivery routes to maximize efficiency and meet delivery schedules.
Ensure the proper handling and secure transport of goods.
Provide excellent customer service during deliveries.
Prepare daily reports summarizing deliveries, mileage, and other relevant information.
Maintain accurate records of all transactions, including delivery confirmations and any related documentation.
Assist in resolving customer disputes or inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
