Description

Supervise the daily activities of subordinates; certify that they conform to route plans and established standards; maintain job performance and quality standards, and housekeeping practices. 

Requirements

Diploma in Marketing 

Or 5 Subjects CXC/ GCE ‘O’ Level (Including Mathematics & English Language) 

Own a Vehicle - Valid Driver’s Licence

Responsibilities

  • Visit Dealers’ outlets on a daily basis. 

  • Check on competitors’ products/activities/services/ strategies/etc.  

  • Compile reports on the competition and make recommendations for countering these activities. 

  • Check dealers’ credit facilities are under control and within policy guidelines. 

  • Monitor daily financial matters. 

  • Monitor the performance of subordinates, maintain job performance and quality standards, and deal with disciplinary matters.
