Requirements
*Proven experience in marketing, sales or supervisory role within a B2B environment, preferably in office furniture or related industries.
*Strong leadership & team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse group of Sales professionals.
*Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively build and maintain customer relationships.
*Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and sales performance.
*Proficiency in marketing software & tools (e.g., CRM systems, email marketing platforms, MS Office)
*Ability to work independently, prioritize task, and meet deadlines in fast- paced environment.
Responsibilities
*Oversees and coordinate all marketing & sales activities to meet company objectives and revenue targets.
*Develop & implement marketing campaigns to promote Starcomm's products and services to targeted sectors, including corporate, government, financial institutions, and construction industries.
*Manage and lead the sales team to ensure consistent performance, training & development.
*Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, identifying opportunities for up-selling & cross- selling office furniture solutions.
*Prepare regular sales reports, track performance metrics, and provide insights to improve team efficiency & company growth.
