IGCC Manager is responsible and accountable to the Board of Directors of the Chamber for Direction, Operations, and Promotion.

Solution-oriented and self-motivated to carry out the mission of the Chamber with a personable, outgoing, and professional demeanor and appearance.
Computer knowledge of Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook, and Google Docs.
Protect the reputation of the Chamber through integrity and strict confidentiality as needed by maintaining an atmosphere of teamwork both in the office environment and outside when representing the Chamber.
Ability to move at a faster pace and adapt to change as necessary.

REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of Degree within the same field
5 to 10 Years experience within the same Field or a similar designation
Responsibilities and Office Management
Identifying potential members from Industry and organizing membership drives
Liaising with existing members to ensure continued patronage.
Database management
Planning & execution of national events such as Events, Conference, Competitions, Awards B2B Meetings, Workshops, Webinars, Client Servicing, Trade Missions, Road show
Act as the Committee Secretary to the Committees related to Chambers of Commerce.
Co-ordinate and Manage contact with all external and internal stakeholders.
Regularly communicate with members and contact corporate office to explore new partnerships and updating to put training programs on contemporary patterns.
Responsible for the market research and coordination with the industry association for policy proposals documentation, conducting workshops and conferences for the various agendas of different industries, interacting with the potential investors.
Promotion of bilateral trade, investor relations and culture between India and Caribbean
Policy Advocacy and issue resolution, specific engagement/advocacy strategies
Ensuring quality control and excellent membership services to ensure periodic & consistent cascading of information to the members; assuring all their requirements are met in time.
Responsible for Chamber operations, Communications, PR, and media relations
Represent in government meetings with the respective panel heads and accomplish the assigned tasks within the given time frame.
Answer the telephone, schedule appointments, reserve event spaces, and keep accurate records. Initiate and reply to emails, greet, and help guests and members that come into the office during working hours.
Assistant to the Joint Secretary including problem-solving, project planning, and facilitation of programs, monthly events, and major events.
Ensure accurate and timely entry of events on the Chamber calendar (Chamber Master) and schedule invitations.
Manage daily administrative operations, including membership processing, recording, and organizing events.
Correspond with members, speakers, sponsors, and volunteers regarding chamber events and activities (using the telephone, email, Constant Contact, Chamber Master, etc.)
Organize and manage activities and events occurring in conjunction with the Chamber Manage and maintain all office supplies.
Responsible for mailing all chamber business correspondence, picking up the mail, and making bank deposits, Assist Joint Secretary and Board with special projects.
Support the Joint Secretary with tasks that may be assigned that have not been listed as part of the “job description.” Be responsible for taking the initiative to complete the tasks once asked Marketing and Communications
