POSITION SUMMARY
As the "Special Project Clerk", provide support to the Human Resource & Verification teams, to ensure projects and assignments are completed timely.
Work Location:
(1) Operations Office 9 Camp Street, Werk-En-Rust, Georgetown, and
(1) Lot 23 Vergenoegen East Bank EssequiboGuyana.
Diploma or Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Proven experience as a project assistant, project coordinator, or similar role.
Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of project management software (e.g., MS Project, Basecamp, Asana) is a plus.
Assist the team with client support via phone, email, site visit, etc. Maintain project files, and databases.
Research, analyze, and verify data/information and prepare reports on various projects.
Provide support to teams working on various projects including marketing, advertising and promotion and Human Resource related projects.
Assist in the verification of information of data from clients and other third-parties.
Communicate effectively and efficiently with internal teams and with clients, customers, students and other stakeholders.
Assist in the preparation of minutes from meetings and project reports.
Provide professional support to internal teams, customers, clients and stakeholders.
Work in accordance with the various quality standards of the company and of clients when working on projects.
Protect company and customer information in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Prepare and distribute project materials, such as reports, proposals, budgets, and schedules.
Communicate with team members, stakeholders, and external vendors to gather and disseminate project information.
Monitor project timelines and milestones, alerting team members of upcoming deadlines.
Provide administrative support as needed, including preparing correspondence, processing expense reports, and maintaining records.
Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor-department heads/managers.
