Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant in an engineering or technical environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

High school diploma: additional qualifications in Office Administration or a related field is preferred.
Project Support:
Assist engineering teams in project coordination, including document management and data entry.
Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Communication and Correspondence:
Act as a liaison between engineering teams, clients, and other stakeholders.
Prepare and proofread engineering-related documents, reports, and presentations.
Calendar Management:
Schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, and appointments for engineering professionals.
Ensure meeting rooms are set up with necessary equipment and materials.
Technical Documentation:
Assist in the preparation and organization of technical documents, specifications, and drawings.
Maintain accurate records of engineering documentation.
Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, responding to emails, and managing office supplies.
Support the engineering team with procurement activities.
