The engineering Sales Representative should provide strong support to the Sales Manager, Engineering Division by marketing and securing sales of the company's different range of products to new and existing customers. Providing exceptional customer service to achieve sales targets, portfolio growth, and profitability goals.
Monitors sales progress on a regular basis, preparing and submitting weekly sales projections, sales reports, visitation reports, and expense reports, with accurate and timely reports to the Sales Manager, with sound recommendations to adjust or maintain strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Identifying and satisfying customers’ needs to achieve growth and profitability targets set and through the provision of quality service to all internal and external customers (telephone, walk-in, and delivery) and resolve/directs queries in a courteous and professional manner in line with Company standards.
