Requirements
Proven working experience as an Operational Manager or similar role in the food and beverage industry
Ability to work flexible hours, including holidays and weekends
Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
In-depth knowledge of operational management best practices and relevant laws and guidelines
Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the business
Develop and implement operational policies and guidelines
Manage relationships with external partners and vendors
Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations
Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company
Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations
