Perform Housekeeping and cleaning ensuring a pleasant and harmonious environment in the rooms contributing to the good image of the hotel.

Bachelor's degree
1 year in similar positions, excellent personal presentation and attitude.
Competencies: Teamwork, Accountability, Customer Service.
- Attend the briefing of the Housekeeping department at the beginning of the shift.
- Receive shift and work plan.
- Prepare the appropriate work elements and personal protective equipment.
- Verify condition of rooms and assigned areas.
- Perform laundry tour before 10:00 am and deliver clothes to the company in charge of laundry with the referral duly completed.
- Perform cleaning of occupied rooms and check out.
- Verify the state of the amenities to see the need for change.
- Observe, report and follow up on maintenance problems.
- Replace towels and linens as needed and report to the front desk or immediate supervisor any shortages or new developments in rooms.
- Report to your immediate supervisor once the room is ready for inspection and confirm to the front desk its status.
