Deliver all packages in a timely manner, ensuring proper and complete transactions on the tablet/phone/wireless card terminals.
Collect full payments before the package is released to the customer.
Review daily run sheet via TABLET/PHONE and plan the day's work.
Scan, validate, and load all packages onto the van that are "Out for Delivery".
Ensure inventory scans are completed before their departure from the office daily.
Ensure return scans are completed daily at the end of each workday.
Inform customers of the item status of collections.
Manage the collection of receivables.
Collection and daily balancing of delivery postings.
Lift bags and other items up to 50 pounds into the vehicle, warehouse and unload them at the destination.
Refuels the vehicle as and when necessary.
Keep in contact with the customer service staff by answering and returning calls and providing updates as necessary.
Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a similar position.
At least 3 CX passes including Mathematics and English.
Valid driver's license.
Valid defensive driving certificate would be an asset.
Excellent driving record.
Ability to multi-task.
Team player.
