Dispatches route personnel to CAGE Guyana VLT locations and inputs computer data relative to same.
Minimum of three (3) CXC or GCE ‘O’ level subjects at General level.
Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office suite.
A minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a similar capacity.
Experience entering data in Excel.
Answer dispatch and office telephones and handle calls according to departmental procedures.
Communicates and responds appropriately to effectively deliver a high level of service to customers.
Inputs into the database all services calls, including location, Technician assigned, type of problem, time of call, time of dispatch, arrival time of Technician and duration of visit.
Orchestrated service calls to be dispatched in an orderly, efficient and effective manner, according to type of service required and priority of location.
Tracks activity and location of all Technicians and enters relevant information into database.
Completes all necessary paperwork, reports and assignments accurately, timely and neatly.
Any other related duties as assigned.
