Human Resources manager focuses on managing the workforce, including recruitment, training, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws, in addition foster a positive workplace culture and ensuring employee well-being and development.
Human resource manager must have the following qualifications and skills:
Diploma in human resources management.
At least more than one year experience in in similar field.
Candidate Should have strong interpersonal skills, organizational abilities, and a solid understanding of labour laws and HR best practices.
Human resource manager must be able to carry out the following duties:
Prepare weekly payroll
Prepare monthly NIS and PAYE remittance, candidate should have knowledge on NIS and PAYE rates for both employee and employer
Prepare annual returns for GRA
Handling staff personnel files
Filing of relevant documents, i.e. leave vouchers, leave applications, medical forms, overtime sheets, etc
Prepare annual and maternity leave.
Assisting staff with NIS and TIN applications
Make decisions where both management and staff will be satisfied.
