Diploma in Marketing or a related field (or higher)
Minimum of two years of experience in a similar role
Proficient in graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.
Experience with social media advertising, website sales conversions, and client relations
Conduct marketing research to analyze competitors and strategies, presenting findings and recommendations. This includes:
Price comparison analysis
Mystery shopping
Phone audits
Other relevant market insights
Complete follow-up calls daily, and add 10 new contacts to the WhatsApp group weekly.
Assist with email marketing campaigns to engage and expand the customer base.
Update content for both indoor and outdoor digital screens.
Manage the customer database, adding 10 new customers per week to the WhatsApp group and email lists.
Respond to customer inquiries on social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok) when the Ecommerce Sales Representative is unavailable.
Conduct quarterly ISO audits to ensure compliance.
Update the marketing medium file regularly to track the effectiveness of different channels.
Revise and maintain the FAQ manual for up-to-date information.
Manage projects by initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and closing tasks to achieve specific goals and meet deadlines. Lead any assigned marketing projects.
Handle customer inquiries on social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
Organize website orders and respond to live chat queries.
