Qualifications:
Proven experience in landscaping, gardening, or general maintenance.
Knowledge of plant care, soil management, and landscape design basics.
Basic carpentry, plumbing, or electrical repair skills are a plus.
Ability to use landscaping tools and machinery effectively.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
A valid driver’s license is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine landscape maintenance, including mowing, pruning, planting, and weed control.
Execute property repair tasks, such as minor carpentry, painting, and equipment maintenance.
Inspect outdoor spaces and facilities to identify issues and recommend solutions.
Operate and maintain landscaping tools and machinery safely and efficiently.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget.
Ensure that all work complies with company standards and safety protocols.
