Description

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, handle data entry tasks, and assist in maintaining efficient office operations.

Requirements

  • At least 5 subjects CXC inclusive of Maths and English.

  • 1-2 years experience in a similar position is required.

  • Accountancy training would be an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct phone calls

  • Organize and schedule appointments

  • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, and forms

  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

  • Develop and maintain a filing system

  • Update and maintain office policies and procedure

  • Submit and reconcile expense reports

  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients

  • Assist in preparation of monthly NIS contribution

  • Assist in preparation of monthly VAT and PAYE Return

  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word)
