We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, handle data entry tasks, and assist in maintaining efficient office operations.
At least 5 subjects CXC inclusive of Maths and English.
1-2 years experience in a similar position is required.
Accountancy training would be an asset.
Answer and direct phone calls
Organize and schedule appointments
Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, and forms
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Develop and maintain a filing system
Update and maintain office policies and procedure
Submit and reconcile expense reports
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
Assist in preparation of monthly NIS contribution
Assist in preparation of monthly VAT and PAYE Return
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word)
