Job Overview:

We seek a dynamic and motivated Sales and Administrative Representative to join our growing team. This multifaceted role combines sales support and administrative duties to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail

Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for sales and service

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

Process customer orders and inquiries via phone, email, and in person

Support the sales team with lead generation and follow-ups

Prepare and analyze sales and service reports

Manage general office duties including filing, data entry, and correspondence

Contribute to maintaining a positive customer experience
