Brunel is currently seeking a Legal Advisor to work with one of our clients, an international consulting firm. This opportunity would be to work in a permanent contract, in a hybrid regime in their office located in Georgetown, Guyana.
Valid Diploma;
Previous experience working with corporate and tax law;
Oil and gas experience is highly desirable;
Hydrocarbon law knowledge would be a plus;
Spanish would be a plus.
Provide contractual and legal advice to clients in the Oil & Gas sector, ensuring compliance with international regulations and industry standards.
Offer multijurisdictional legal guidance on corporate and tax matters.
Review, draft, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
Conduct legal research and analysis on regulatory frameworks affecting the energy sector.
Assist in dispute resolution, risk assessment, and litigation strategies.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop legal strategies for business operations.
