Description

The Business Support Administrator oversees Security and Facilities operations, including scheduling, payment processing, and administrative support. The role demands strong decision-making skills, adaptability, and innovative problem-solving to optimize daily company operations. Ensuring compliance with policies, regulations, and maintaining effective communication are also key responsibilities.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related/equivalent fired required

  • Minimum of 3+ years of related experience and/or training; or the equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Administrative Support experience will be an asset.

Responsibilities

·        Creation of purchase requisitions and purchasing of POs and payments in a timely manner for both Security and Facilities Operations.

·        Liaison between the Security department and the vendor regarding gate passes, authorization access along with ID badge creation and other departments for promotional activities and One Comm sales activities.

·        Oversee and or performs a range of diverse administrative activities for the department or organization; serves as a central point of liaison with other departments and external constituencies in the resolution of a variety of day-to-day matters concerning the unit.

·        Ensure all logs, inventories and reconciliations are completed in a timely manner.

·        Ensure on time delivery and completion of all works performed by direct report and subcontractors.

·        Assists in administrative problem solving, program/project planning, development and execution of stated goals and objectives.

·        Cultivate relationships with all management teams and corporate parents to improve operational efficiency and cost effectiveness

·        Serve as a primary liaison with Security officers and Facilities Operations Coordinators who are responsible for the securing and management and overall upkeep of the One Comm facilities.

·        Oversee & manage inquiries requiring a general understanding of work area policies and also ensuring that inquiries are addressed and resolved in a timely manner.
