Description

This position is responsible for working along in a team effort with the Administration Manager and Administrative Department in the daily operations with the responsibilities of coordinating administrative tasks and supervision of ancillary staff to achieve the company goals outlined at its mine site.

Requirements

* Diploma or equivalent in Business Administration or Management

* At least 3 years of experience in this position or a similar role

* Candidate must be proficient in the use of computers and programs such as Microsoft Office Suites

* Good command in preparing business reports

* Excellent verbal and written skills

Responsibilities

Key competencies include:

* Provide administrative support to the administrative manager in completing assigned tasks.

* Preparation of weekly and monthly reports for the administrative manager.

* Supervision of Ancillary employees at ensuring all tasks are carried out in a assigned period.

* Coordination of administrative operations, supervising cleaning/ kitchen staff, supervising ground/ water transportation.

* Excellent leadership skills, including the abilities to set goals, motivate and manage conflict

* Effective communication skills, including writing, speaking and active listening

* Coordinate logistical support for Camp activities, events etc.
