To provide Human Resources support to all departments and ensure implementation and enforcement to company policies and procedures.
· Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or Psychology
· Competent in Microsoft Office Suite
· At least 3 years experience in the HR field
· Experience using HRIS will be beneficial.
· Excellent problem-Solving skills.
· Ability to function efficiently in a fast – paced environment.
· Ability to communicate effectively with others - both written and verbal.
· Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
· Must be able to multi-task, be very organized and be attention to detail.
· Assist with recruitment, on boarding and off boarding.
· Administer benefits.
· Manage and track leave.
· Prepare employment letters.
· Assist the HR Manager with employee relations matters.
· Maintain proper record keeping.
