A leading payroll services firm with a proprietary software is seeking suitable applications for the position of Payroll Clerk in its Payroll Department.
2+ years’ experience in a computerised system.
Working knowledge of Personal Taxation and NIS Rules.
CAT Level 2 (or pursuing)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Word
Operating under a Departmental Manager, the successful applicant will be required to:
Process, generate and distribute Clients’ payroll reports within strict deadlines.
Compile and submit Monthly PAYE and NIS Reports
Generate and submit annual Form 2 reports
Ensure compliance with all relevant tax and insurance regulations
Maintain detailed, accurate records of all payroll transactions in physical and electronic forms.
Maintain timely, accurate communication with clients
