PBS Guyana is currently seeking a talented and motivated Copier Technician to join our dynamic team. As a Copier Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of copiers and related office equipment. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring that our clients' office equipment operates at peak performance.
Valid Driver’s License and Vehicle.
Proven experience as a Copier Technician, ideally with certification in copier repair.
Strong technical knowledge of copier machines, including various brands and models.
Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
Customer-focused with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage a service schedule.
Install, configure, and set up copiers and multifunctional devices at client locations.
Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on various types of copiers and office equipment.
Diagnose and troubleshoot copier malfunctions and resolve technical issues.
Maintain accurate records of service calls.
Collaborate with the service team to ensure timely and efficient customer support.
