Provide world-class customer service by analyzing and resolving customer
queries in a timely and efficient manner.
Qualifications & Experience required:
-Minimum of 5 CXC/CSEC, including Mathematics and English Language
-2 to 5 years related experience
-Computer literacy, specifically in the Microsoft Office Suite
Functional Skills:
-Good oral and written communication skills
-Good interpersonal skills
-Customer Service Skills
-Resolve customer queries (handset related, products and services, billing, general company information)
-Perform Activations
-Activate ALL types of products and services e.g. corporate accounts, individual accounts, staff accounts, v/m, data, roaming etc
-Liaise with Dealers
- Provide information on policy and procedure
- Provide training and support as needed
-Monitor accounts and liaise with postpaid customers
- Monitor accounts and make recommendations on service
-Action written correspondence
-Make adjustments on accounts (such as promise to pay, monetary adjustments/corrections)
-Provide Daily / Weekly report on activities
-Any other related duties which may be assigned from time to time.
