  • Efficiently manage and send up to 25 emails per day.

  • Develop at least 1 high-quality pitch decks per week.

  • Complete designated research tasks within the set deadlines, typically ranging from 1-3 days depending on the complexity.

Responsibilities

Email Management: Handle company-related communications through an assigned company email

Google Suite Management: Manage and organize schedules, send out sales-related emails, and maintain company information using Google Suite tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar).

Language-Based AI Tools Proficiency: Operate and leverage language-based AI tools such as Google Bard and ChatGPT for various tasks including drafting content, customer service responses, and internal communication.

Research: Undertake small research projects pertinent to our market, competitors, and potential business opportunities.

Presentation Creation: Design and build pitch decks in Google Slides, ensuring that they are both informative and visually appealing.
