Description

The Sales Representative is responsible for proactively engaging with customers and delivering excellence in service. This role ensures that all customer inquiries and requests are met with precision and addressed in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • Minimum of five (5) CSEC Subjects including Math & English

  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a similar role would be an asset

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suit

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Must be a Team player and be able to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers with a high level of professionalism to ensure a positive brand experience.

  • Manage high-volume inquiries via telephone and email, providing clear, proficient, and timely responses.

  • Address customer concerns or queries with patience and a solution-oriented mindset.

  • Generate accurate quotations and invoices, ensuring that all line items match the customer’s specific requirements.

  • Verify that items supplied or services rendered align perfectly with the finalized invoice to minimize discrepancies.

  • Diligently update and maintain client databases to ensure contact information and interaction histories are current.

  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for service improvement.

  • Perform ad-hoc duties as required to streamline company operations and improve overall efficiency.

  • Work alongside other departments to ensure the seamless delivery of products or services.
