Data Analyst

Keen360 Inc. is a global technology consulting and software development firm established in 2012 that provides Business and Technology Solutions to clients around the world. Keen360 specializes in supporting organizations with business processes, data analysis, and customer support.

Keen360 is looking for a qualified and experienced candidate to fill the position of: 

Data Analyst

• At least a Diploma in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science or any other related fields;

• Certificate of completion in Microsoft Office Suite from a recognized institution with working experience using Excel;

• Three (3) years or more working experience in an office;

• Must be computer literate;

• Must have great communication, presentation and organizational skills;

• Ability and willingness to learn or be trained at a fast pace;

• Must be organized and have the ability to present themselves to others;

• Familiarity with any of the following SQL/Tableau/SFDC/Creatio will be an asset;

• Persons with relevant experience in data processing/science, analytics or related fields would be given preference.

• Problem solving skills and ability to work independently and cooperatively across multiple teams;

• Ability to stay attentive in meetings and maintain organized, accurate notes.  

The Data Analyst responsibilities include:

• Collecting and entering data;

• Maintaining accurate records;

• Working with large data sets;

• Interpreting and analyzing data trends to build reports that will assist our clients to make better business decisions;

• Our ideal candidate should have essential data entry skills, like fast typing with an eye for details and familiarity with spreadsheets and online forms;

• The successful candidate should be able to handle data requests in a professional and timely manner, with ongoing feedback to the requestor as to the status of their request.
