The World Trade Centre Georgetown (WTCG), a subsidiary of Demerara Distillers Limited (DDL), is seeking applications from interested persons for the position of Executive Assistant.
Diploma in Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, Communications, Administrative Studies, or in a related field.
3–5 years’ experience in an Executive Assistant or senior administrative role supporting executives, strong communication and Microsoft Office skills.
Strong attention to detail, professionalism, time management, interpersonal skills, and the ability to effectively prioritize tasks.
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Executive Director by preparing correspondence, managing documents and filing systems, and handling confidential information with professionalism.
Manage the Executive Director’s schedule by coordinating meetings, appointments, and logistics to ensure efficient time management.
Assist with event coordination by preparing invitations, tracking RSVPs, maintaining guest lists, and supporting meeting and event documentation.
Provide general administrative assistance, including handling calls and visitors, preparing reports and presentations, and supporting the overall operations of the Executive Office.
