Description

Use cash registers to work out the total price of customers’ purchases; take payment and give change and pack customers’ orders; maintain job performance and quality standards, customer relations and service, and housekeeping practices.

Requirements

3 CXC/GCE ‘O’ Level (including English Language and Mathematics) 

2 - 3 Years Related Work Experience 

or Sound Secondary Education and 

3- 5 Years Related Work Experience 

Responsibilities

  • Improve customer relations and service and provide oral reports on customer feedback. 

  • Prepare and cook food according to Supervisor’s instructions.

  • Seek advice and approval for disposal of unsafe/ unhealthy cooked food and raw materials. 

  • Keep records of raw material supplies and use. 

  • Prepare production card for materials used and yield derived.
