Accounts Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Associate to support our growing operations at Mezze. This role focuses on accounts receivable and payable, with additional support for payroll processing and inventory tracking.

The ideal candidate is organized, trustworthy, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and structure across financial and operational tasks.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Good organizational and time management skills

Comfortable working with numbers and spreadsheets

Trustworthy and able to handle sensitive information

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

1 year experience in a similar role

Accounts:

• Manage accounts receivable and payable

• Record and track daily financial transactions

• Assist with reconciling accounts and monitoring outstanding payments

Payroll Support:

• Assist with payroll processing

• Support the disbursement of staff payments

• Maintain accurate payroll-related records

Inventory & Operations:

• Monitor and track inventory levels

• Assist with stock counts and reporting

• Support general operational organization and record-keeping
