You will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day administrative activities, supporting operational teams, managing documentation, and assisting with procurement processes. From maintaining accurate records to supporting purchasing activities and keeping the office and workshop running efficiently, you’ll be a critical part of the team’s success.
Minimum of an associate’s degree in business administration or a related discipline
Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in an administrative or similar role
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PPT)
Ability to quickly learn ERP systems
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, operational environment
Proactive, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision
Coordinate and manage daily administrative operations.
Provide administrative support to operational teams.
Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation.
Assist with procurement and purchasing processes.
Ensure office systems and administrative procedures run efficiently.
Support the coordination of office and workshop activities.
Prepare reports, correspondence, and other administrative documents as required.
Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to facilitate smooth operations.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
