BK International Inc. is seeking an energetic, customer-focused, and results-driven Sales & Digital Marketing Officer to join our Sales Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting the company's stone products through digital marketing, generating new business opportunities, managing social media platforms, and converting inquiries into sales.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with customers, creating engaging online content, making outbound sales calls, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate must be proactive, persuasive, organized, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or social media management.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.

  • Experience managing business social media accounts.

  • Basic knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp Business, and LinkedIn.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Experience using Canva or similar graphic design software is an asset.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.

  • Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience in sales, customer service, construction, building materials, or hardware industry.

    • Knowledge of digital advertising and paid social media campaigns.

    • Experience using customer relationship management (CRM) software.

    • Photography or basic video editing skills are considered an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Promote BK International's stone products across all company social media platforms.

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries received via Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, email, and other online platforms.

  • Follow up on customer inquiries to convert leads into confirmed sales.

  • Make outbound sales calls to contractors, developers, hardware stores, construction companies, and prospective customers to generate new business.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

  • Prepare and issue quotations in coordination with the Sales Department.

  • Maintain an accurate database of customer leads and follow-up activities.

  • Assist in achieving the department's monthly sales targets.

  • Develop creative social media content, including photos, videos, promotional posts, and advertisements.

  • Monitor social media engagement and recommend strategies to increase customer interaction and sales.

  • Coordinate promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal marketing initiatives.

  • Work closely with the Sales Manager to develop sales and marketing strategies.

  • Stay informed about competitor activities and market trends.

  • Prepare weekly reports on sales activities, customer engagement, lead generation, and social media performance.

  • Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after each sale.

  • Perform other related duties assigned by management.
