Part-Time Sales Associate – Bulk Fuel Sales

About the Role

Land Shark Transport & Logistics, a Sister company of Paramount Group Guyana Inc is seeking a motivated, energetic, and results-driven Part-Time Sales Associate to expand our fuel sales business. The successful candidate will actively visit construction sites, mining operations, industrial plants, manufacturing facilities, farms, transport companies, and other commercial customers to promote and sell diesel fuel and related petroleum products.

This is a field-based sales role that requires excellent communication skills, self-motivation, and the ability to develop long-term customer relationships.

Requirements

• Must own a reliable motor vehicle (car or pickup).

• Valid Guyana Driver’s Licence.

• Previous sales experience is an advantage.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

• Professional appearance and positive attitude.

• Basic computer and smartphone skills.

• Ability to travel extensively throughout Georgetown and surrounding regions.

• Existing business contacts within the construction, mining, transportation, industrial, or commercial sectors will be an asset.

• Prospect and identify new customers daily.

• Visit construction sites, quarries, industrial plants, factories, farms, trucking companies, marine operators, and other businesses.

• Promote diesel fuel and other petroleum products.

• Generate new business and meet monthly sales targets.

• Prepare quotations and negotiate pricing within company guidelines.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Follow up on customer inquiries and repeat orders.

• Coordinate deliveries with the operations team.

• Keep accurate records of customer visits and sales activities.

• Provide market intelligence on competitors and customer needs.

• Submit weekly sales reports to management.

• Represent the company professionally at all times.
