Customer Service Representative

Starcomm is seeking a professional, mature, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our office furniture team. As the primary point of contact for our commercial and corporate clients, you will represent the Starcomm brand with poise, efficiency, and exceptional communication.

• Strong emotional intelligence, reliable work ethic, and a calm demeanor under pressure.

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in customer service, client relations, retail sales, or administrative support (experience in commercial sales, interior office supplies, or furniture is a plus).

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with a professional demeanor.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and comfortable learning sales management/inventory systems.

•  High level of accuracy when recording customer details, specifications, dimensions, and financial orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients in person, handle incoming telephone inquiries, and respond to email inquiries with a high standard of professional etiquette.

• Assist clients in selecting the right office furniture solutions (desks, ergonomic seating, storage systems, and workstation setups)

• Accurately enter sales orders, generate quotes, process payments, and coordinate delivery and installation schedules with our logistics team.

• Handle customer feedback, missing item reports, or warranty inquiries with composure, diplomatic judgment, and prompt follow-up.

• Maintain an organized, welcoming showroom environment and ensure all product catalogs, spec sheets, and price lists are up to date.
