We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Operations Coordinator to oversee and optimize daily operational workflows. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with strong leadership abilities, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for driving efficiency across teams.

As a Lead Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing processes, supporting team performance, and ensuring seamless coordination between internal departments and external partners.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in operations, coordination, or a similar leadership role

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

  • Ability to lead, motivate, and support a team

  • High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or operational tools (CRM systems, tracking software, etc.)

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment


Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience

  • Experience in process improvement or workflow optimization

  • Background in customer service, logistics, or administrative operations

Responsibilities

Operations & Workflow Management

  • Oversee and manage daily operational processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy

  • Monitor order flow, task completion, and service delivery timelines

  • Identify process gaps and implement improvements to enhance productivity

Team Leadership & Support

  • Provide guidance and support to operations team members

  • Assist in training, onboarding, and performance monitoring

  • Promote accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team

Coordination & Communication

  • Act as a central point of communication between internal teams and external stakeholders

  • Provide timely updates on progress, delays, and operational challenges

  • Ensure alignment across departments to meet organizational goals

Data Tracking & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records, trackers, and operational reports

  • Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights

  • Support decision-making through data-driven reporting

Problem-Solving & Escalation Handling

  • Address operational issues, delays, or discrepancies promptly

  • Manage escalations and implement effective resolutions

  • Ensure high standards of quality and customer satisfaction

Process Improvement & Projects

  • Contribute to the development and refinement of operational systems

  • Support special projects and strategic initiatives

  • Recommend and implement solutions to improve workflows and efficiency
