Description

We’re looking for a confident floor leader who loves accessories and thrives in a customer-facing environment. As Retail Store Supervisor, you’ll set the tone during your shifts — driving sales, coaching the team in real time, and ensuring every customer interaction feels polished and personal. You’ll be hands-on, visible on the floor, and responsible for keeping standards high while supporting the Store Manager in smooth day-to-day execution.

Requirements

  • Previous retail experience (supervisory experience preferred; clothing or accessories a plus)

  • Strong customer service and communication skills

  • Ability to guide and motivate a team during shifts

  • Comfortable using POS systems and basic reporting tools

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

  • CXC subjects including Math & English

  • Living near Giftland or access to transportation is an asset but not required

Responsibilities

  • Lead the sales team during assigned shifts and model strong customer service

  • Support scheduling, staff coordination, and daily task delegation

  • Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally

  • Maintain visual standards, cleanliness, and stock presentation

  • Assist with inventory counts, receiving shipments, and storeroom organisation

  • Support the Manager with basic reporting and daily cash reconciliation

  • Step in on the sales floor during peak periods to drive results
