Certificate in Mechanical/ Electrical Systems Faults on Equipment

1-3 Years’ Experience in Diagnosing and Repairing Mechanical/ Electrical System Faults
Examine machines and equipment to locate causes of trouble.
Dismantle machines, using wrenches, pliers, and other hand tools.
Replace defective parts, adjust timing gears, set dies according to specifications, and repair or replace belts, conveyor sections and feeding devices.
Cut and install pipe and tubing for gas, water, air, and hydraulic lines, using wrench, cutting die, and threading device.
Overhaul mechanical plant equipment.
Sharpen and install cutting blades in slicing machine.
Assemble machines and start machines and observe gauges and other instruments to ensure adherence to processing standards.
