Description

The Customer Relations Specialist is responsible for ensuring accuracy and efficiency of processing and monitoring incoming payments.

  • Follow up with customers via telephone, visits and email on outstanding balances.

  • Maintains customer records by updating their account and balances.

  • Process incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures

Requirements

  • A diploma relevant to the field with five (5) subjects at CXC grades 1-3 Inclusive of Mathematics & English.

  • Knowledge in managing customer's account or related working experience would be an preferred

  • Solid understanding of basic accounting principles would be an asset.

  • Computer literate and proficiency in QuickBooks..

  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers at all times.

  • Follow up on missed collections or delays and provide service recovery response to the customer·        

  • Proficient use of QuickBooks and Microsoft office suites.

  • Support the billing and customer service by providing accurate service data and documentation.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Verify discrepancies by and resolve customers’ billing issues.

  • Inputting and extracting customer information (square system, WIZ, Zippykind etc.)

  • Any other task assigned by your manager
