The Customer Relations Specialist is responsible for ensuring accuracy and efficiency of processing and monitoring incoming payments.
Follow up with customers via telephone, visits and email on outstanding balances.
Maintains customer records by updating their account and balances.
Process incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
A diploma relevant to the field with five (5) subjects at CXC grades 1-3 Inclusive of Mathematics & English.
Knowledge in managing customer's account or related working experience would be an preferred
Solid understanding of basic accounting principles would be an asset.
Computer literate and proficiency in QuickBooks..
Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
Follow up on missed collections or delays and provide service recovery response to the customer·
Proficient use of QuickBooks and Microsoft office suites.
Support the billing and customer service by providing accurate service data and documentation.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Verify discrepancies by and resolve customers’ billing issues.
Inputting and extracting customer information (square system, WIZ, Zippykind etc.)
