Note: This opportunity is available for Guyanese based in Guyana.
The Logistics Coordinator (LC) portfolio requires a confident, resourceful and proactive professional who demonstrates initiative, sound judgement, and strong organisational skills. Working closely with Operations leadership and the Logistics team, the LC will provide frontline logistics support for assigned client and internal projects. The ideal candidate will be personable, detail oriented and able to adhere to schedules and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
3+ years’ experience in Logistics, Crew Change Management and Visa & Immigration processes is desired.
A degree or diploma in a relevant field is preferred
Knowledge of the Oil and Gas industry, particularly logistics related functions
Valid driver’s license and preferably ownership of clean, working vehicle is preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Able to work on call when needed
Microsoft Office Suite and trainable for using company’s logistics platforms
Resourceful and well-networked locally
Provide Meet & Greet services to client personnel at ports of entry, guiding them through immigration and customs procedures and ensuring they connect with their assigned transport
Uplifting and dropping off passports to heliports, hotels and client operational sites.
Coordinate passport biometrics and visa and work permit endorsement visits, ensuring a Leader representative is present where required.
Update the company's operational platforms daily with all work-related activities to ensure accurate, real-time reporting and visibility for Management.
Maintain a professional appearance and conduct, following Leader’s guidelines accordingly
Demonstrate punctuality, reliability, and communicate any absence or emergency immediately.
Report all incidents, accidents, or operational issues promptly.
Responsive via mobile phone during working hours.
Always maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Comply with all Guyana traffic laws and safe driving practices
Support the preparation and submission of NIS, GRA, and other statutory documentation as required.
Perform other related duties assigned by Management
