Receptionist

The Receptionist is responsible for creating a positive first impression of the company by welcoming visitors, managing incoming calls, and providing administrative support. This role requires strong organizational skills, professionalism, and the ability to multitask effectively.

We are currently seeking a Receptionist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff

·         Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls in a professional manner

·         Receive, record, and relay messages accurately

·         Manage the front desk and maintain a welcoming environment

·         Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, packages)

·         Maintain filing systems (physical and electronic)

·         Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings

·         Assist with data entry and basic record keeping

·         Monitor and manage office supplies

·         Support general administrative and clerical duties

·         Assist with coordinating staff communication and basic office operations
