Captain Assistant

Expertise in vessel handling and operational control

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to maintain integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality

Basic Safety Training (BST) under the STCW (Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping) Convention

Boat Master Grade 1-3 License issued by the Maritime Administration Department (MARAD) of Guyana

First Aid and CPR certification

Minimum of 2 years' experience in marine vessel operations

Administrative Coordinator

Ensure vessel compliance with maritime safety regulations

Supervise cargo loading, transporting, and unloading, primarily dredged material

Ensure proper cargo distribution for vessel stability and safety

Oversee vessel maintenance, scheduling repairs and inspections

Maintain accurate logs, records, and prepare operational reports for the project manager
