The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, and maintaining established safety standards. The role also involves engaging with external stakeholders to support effective territory execution, strengthen customer relationships, and contribute to the achievement of operational targets. The Warehouse Supervisor reports to the Warehouse Manager, who provides leadership and oversight for the overall warehousing function.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
Qualifications and Experience:
A minimum of five (5) CXC subjects including Mathematics and English.
A minimum of three (3) years’ similar experience in warehouse operations or logistics within the Food and Beverage distribution industry.
Certificate in Logistics and Supply Chain Management and Supervisory Management would be an asset.
Technical competencies
Proficiency in MS Office and experience with ERP systems or operations software is an advantage.
Excellent analytical problem-solving, decision-making, organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.

ROLE SPECIFICATIONS
Inventory & Warehouse Management
Provide supervision for warehouse and distribution operations coordinating with logistics, procurement and management as required.
Ensure accurate receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch of inventory.
Oversee inventory control, stock accuracy and operational reporting.
Operational Efficiency
Prepare reports on productivity, inventory, and staffing as required.
Resolve operational issues and improve workflow efficiency.
Supervise, manage performance and coach staff as required.
Compliance, Safety & Quality Control
Perform daily inspections of the warehouse grounds to ensure compliance with OSH guidelines, Company safety regulations and security standards.
Ensure the safeguarding of all company assets including but not limited to beverage coolers, trucks and hand-held.
Ensure the maintenance of housekeeping standards to enhance efficiency and reduce risk.
Monitor usage of warehouse equipment ensuring adherence to maintenance guidelines.
