The Aftersales Intake Personnel is responsible for the initial handling of all customers seeking aftersales service, whether paid or under warranty. This role involves preparing prognoses, coordinating with the mechanic and inventory departments, and ensuring timely, accurate communication with customers regarding service updates and cost estimates.
Completion of automotive repair training or any related field.
At least 6 months experience in a customer or automotive service- related role.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational and follow-up abilities.
Ability to coordinate effectively across departments.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and service management system (preferred)
Fluent in English Language
Possesses a valid driver's license
Age range between 25-35 years
Welcome and receive all aftersales customers (including both paid service and warranty cases).
Collect and record necessary customer and vehicle details during intake.
Prepare a preliminary prognoses for each customer/vehicle received.
Forward the prognosis to the Mechanic Manager on status update for vehicle repairs.
Provide customer with regular updates regarding the progress of their service.
Communicate estimated repair costs to customers based on analysis received from aftersales manager.
Ensure transparency and clarity in all customer communications regarding service costs and timelines.
